Our experienced tool and die makers produce
sophisticated single station and progressive dies to produce parts with very close
tolerances. Working with detailed tool drawings from our engineering department, and using
quality tool steels and die sets, all tools produced are 1st class and built to last.

All tools are customer owned,
but maintained in top running order throughout the life of the tool by B.E.C., so you do
not have to worry about getting charged for maintenance each time you place an order for
production. Due to the increased use of computer design and machining technology, the
maintaining of your tooling becomes simpler. Once a tool is built, all the programs and
machining information is stored in our library for future reference. Spare parts can be
quickly generated "overnight" by accessing this library and an exact duplicate
die section can be fabricated.

A complete history of
maintenance is maintained for each tool providing critical information to pinpoint problem
areas, needed design improvements, as well as forecasting routine tool maintenance.
