 Our Quality Control Department is equipped with
all the tools necessary to insure that the high quality standards
you require are delivered in the product you receive at your door.
Through first article inspection, and the entire manufacturing process
right up to shipment of product, BEC maintains the documentation and
inspection processes needed to track quality issues. Production history
records are kept so any potential problem can be isolated and traced
through the use of production travelers and lot numbers which accompany
the product when it is shipped.
Calibration of equipment is maintained through a strict documented
calibration system to insure that all equipment used is up to date and
measurements are providing us with reliable results.
 We are
ISO-9001:2000 certified, and we can provide APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA documentation. Our current quality
program provides AQL levels which meet
or exceed customer requirements.
