Our
stamping department has over 80 O.B.I, Straight Side, and Knuckle
presses available, ranging from 1 ton to 1000 tons. This allows us
to offer a wide range of capability from the smallest intricate
stampings to large, heavy gage stampings.Our large selection of
knuckle joint presses gives us the ability to do difficult coining.
We have coined large areas of .090 inch thick stainless steel down
to .030 as well as coining profiles for multiple staple formation
holding tolerances of +/-.0005.Whether it is a single operation
secondary or a complex progressive die, .004 thick material or .250
thick we have the press to run it in. |
