Quality Control Department is equipped with all the tools
necessary to insure that the high quality standards you require
are delivered in the product you receive at your door.
Through first article inspection, and the entire manufacturing
process right up to shipment of product, BEC maintains the
documentation and inspection processes needed to track quality
issues.
Production history records are kept so any potential
problem can be isolated and traced through the use of production
travelers and lot numbers which accompany the product when it is
shipped.
Calibration of equipment is maintained through a
strict documented calibration system to insure that all equipment
used is up to date and measurements are providing us with reliable
results. |

Incoming Inspection is crucial to our quality program. By controlling
the quality of the raw materials from the time they
enter the front door, we can insure that the processes
that follow will be much more reliable and easy to
control. All materials ar 'lot' controlled for
traceabliity throughout the processes. |
| Inprocess
Inspection constantly monitors the quality levels throughout
manufacturing and enables a nonconforming process to be stopped
immediately, product quaranteened for disposition, and corrective
actions to be taken. |

Gages and Fixtures are used throughout the
manufacturing process to help simplify the inspection process and
allow inspections to be performed by the operators right at their
work stations for parts that are extremely critical.

Final Inspection is where it all comes together. Even though
product is continuously monitored throughout the manufacturing
process, final inspection and sign-off is the 'last look' at a
part to review and accept the work that has been done. No product
leaves the facility without a final inspection sign-off.

compliant, and can provide APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA documentation.
Our current quality program provides AQL levels which meet or
exceed customer requirements. |
