Our EDM department is equipped with CNC controlled wire and conventional EDM machines which produce die parts to exact specifications and because they are computer controlled. As engineering completes designs on tool components, the same programs are used to generate the code required to cut the sections. This eliminates the risk of errors being made if separate programs were used for design and machining.
