Our EDM department is equipped with CNC controlled wire and conventional EDM machines which produce die parts to exact specifications and because they are computer controlled. As engineering completes designs on tool components, the same programs are used to generate the code required to cut the sections. This eliminates the risk of errors being made if separate programs were used for design and machining. Ready for Wire EDM  Each piece that is produced is not only precisely made, but can be EXACTLY reproduced at any time when a replacement is required due to breakage or wear.

In addition to fabricating die parts, our EDM machines are used for prototyping work and production jobs. A stack of flat blanks can be cut on the wire EDM and then formed with temporary tools. This process can provide prototypes as quickly as in a single day.
