Metal Stampings... Coining... Tooling... Wire EDM... Prototypes... Design... Machining... Let us quote the job!

From a Dream to Reality...

Let us take your ideas and transform them into a working product that can be fabricated at minimum cost.

Design Concept

You may have just an idea or a completed design. Whatever the case we can help to insure that the design is best suited for the metal stamping process. Unless the part was designed by someone familiar with metal stamping processes, there may be areas of the design where cost and quality improvements can be made. We don't look to re-engineer your part, but to make it 'stamping friendly'

Prototype Development

Prototype development is an important part of the design process where significant savings can be realized.

Permanent tooling is costly and you do not need the added cost of making modifications to the tooling when it could have been resolved during the design process. A rather small change to a part does not always mean a small change to the tooling. It could require changes to multiple stations in  progressive die or even additional stations.

Tooling Design and Fabrication

Once through the prototype stages we set up a Design Project Plan which is used to set the timeline for the various design and fabrication activities. Through the use of  this timeline it is easier for our customers to follow our progress during the building of tools.

The initial stages of tool design involve all the various departments that will be involved with tool fabrication right through to delivering a finished product. The tool design, quality considerations, manufacturing, and packaging are all thought through to reduce the likelihood of problems later on.

Being quality conscious through the entire process we design the tooling to be cost effective, while implementing features to make quality critical areas easily maintained, often allowing adjustments and repairs in the press, reducing costly downtime.

Backed by Experience

Benefit from over twenty-five years of experience in metal stamping and coining. We have developed many unique methods for stamping and coining over the years which have led to cost savings to our customers.

Our engineering department uses Pro Engineer, Cadkey and Mastercam software for design work. This state of the art software allows us to design parts and tooling more efficiently and since many customer use it themselves, files can be electronically swapped via email to eliminate the time lost in the mail or fuzzy faxes. They can import a variety of file formats so even if you may not have Pro-E or Cadkey yourself, you can still send files to us.
